The FLS is much more sensitive, put it on your wrist and it will pick up your pulse, however, it will not do in cylinder pressure testing, the WPS has it beat as far as multi-function, I recommend both, and if your are a real too junkie, a WPS and 2 FLS, one ... Login to read more.
