Yeah it is! Damn. Last 2 local DRBs Ive seen for sale have sold for under 1k for the whole tool! (Usually just the scanner, OBD2 cable and 1 card in it). Its one of those gray area tools now, if you REALLY need 96-06 OEM level tooling, you sorta gotta have it ... Login to read more.
