Re: pressing piston wrist pins
I rebuilt a lot of engines over the years, my machinists used rod heaters for pin installations and I don't recall ever experiencing a broken rod as a result. Frankly, we had more problems with pin bushings than press fit pins. Login to read more. ![]()
