Coats 7060AX bead break cylinder I've seen several cylinder (bead breaker) that look like this inside. The vinyl/teflon coating delaminates. Common prob....can bind up the cyl and cause drag, maybe you loosened things etc. This picture is from a unit that was refurbished in cinicinnati and encountered this a little over a year later. Lubricator was working on machine. I understand coats has went back to traditional steel cylinder with no coating.
