Correction:

The J2534 VCI for the MaxiSys Pro (908P) WILL work with the MaxiSys (908) without a software update. All I needed to do was to connect the MaxiSys to the J-VCI via USB to establish an initial connection and now the Bluetooth pairs seamlessly. Login to read more.
