The minivans did not go CAN until 2008. The 2001-2007 is the RS body, the 2008 and newer is the RT.

Chrysler did their CAN rollout in stages. The best tool for anything on an RS is a DRB III. Whether the emulator works properly for an RS, I couldn't tell you... Login to read more.
