Yes Mark, I have 2 Tech 2, one went dead, and we swapped VCI and voila! it turn on. I sent the VCI for repairs. I had replaced cable and 16 pin connector, and like 4 years ago, we sent one full unit to repair, they exchanged send a refurbished one. Login to read more.
