This happens all the time at the dealer too. Sometimes the problem is Wi-Tech service on Chrysler's end crashed, nothing wrong with subscription or the tool. Sometimes I have to wait few hours or maybe a day. Perhaps you should just try again tomorrow. Login to read more.
