I use either an old Fluke 88 or a newer 87-V. They're tough-accurate-reliable. The 87's contact thermocouple accessory can be handy at times (IR pyrometers aren't the best tool in all cases). If I need anything above the capabilities of a basic DVOM then it's ... Login to read more. ![]()
