I take old propane tanks, remove the valve leaving pipe threads. I use a cheap air powered harbor freight AC vacuum pump and charge it with a vacuum, takes about a minute. It will suck any fluid until it is 100% full, unless it sucks air. To empty, turn it ... Login to read more.
