Pin 59 yellow wire is a class 2 from BCM . Unplug the BCM and see if your toggles go away on the PCM green wire maybe somehow its not talking but the BCM is getting through that line somehow. Unplug the BCM totally and check the green wire from PCM again mayb... Login to read more.
