Ed I believe Snap On only can write the vin on Chryslers, it will not Re-write vin number do, however You can Re-write vin number with a J2534 tool, like Iflash or Cardaq, that's a chance that also a Maxidas can, they warn You not do programming any Cummins PC... Login to read more.
