They showed up, diagnosed it as a bad keyboard, had one already on the truck...replaced it...and up and running. 24 hours after we phoned up asking for service.

Cant complain. Ive since used it twice. Display could be bolder/bigger fonts...kinda hard to read... Login to read more.
