Hi Mark. Have you verified that the PCMCIA and VCI terminals are clean? Have you recently updated the Tech 2 software version with the AC adaptor plugged in and CANdi connected? The CANdi should be disconnected when the AC adaptor is used to update the Tech 2.... Login to read more. ![]()
