SystemOne Parts Washer Diagnostic
Posted to Tool & Equipment Forum on 1/11/2013 3 Replies

Good evening folks,

I'm having a problem with my SystemOne parts washer model 500. The top washer portion works correctly. But I can not get the bottom large vacuum pump to turn on. It will not transfer clean fluid to the basin. It will not drain the basin to start the recycling process, nor will the main pump start up.

I have a basic understanding of the components in the washer and have serviced it before. I have tried unplugging the washer and then doing a manual reset with a paper clip at the reset button. Also tried holding the recycle and reset buttons while plugging in the main power, and nothing.

I removed the back cover and visually check the fuses and connections and all appear to fine.

I'm looking for a wiring diagram on how the unit operates. Maybe a safety switch failed? Any tips or hints?

Thank you, Dwight.
