Good morning Steven, the rollers are about inch off the ground and the rollers them selfs are a couple inches in diameter. Yes you have to lift tire on to rollers , with a 16 inch truck tire [tried one] the bottom of the tire is about 2 inches off the ground ... Login to read more.
