I just had a strange problem with my scanner. I was hooked up to a 1990 Taurus 3.8. KOEO selftest & data were no problem, but there was a problem with KOER test. I'm not sure if it was a communication problem, or there is a problem with the vehicle. I couldn't... Login to read more.
