Surely you mean OBD II, not OBD I? 95-99 should be accessible using the generic OBD II mode of any OBD II capable scanner. As far as the more sophisticated scanning goes (other systems, non-generic codes, etc), I think you are in the same situation as with Lan... Login to read more.
