So for, the 2011 5.0 update hasn't let me down. The recording & printing has been glitch free.

It played well with 14 modules on a 2006 Pontiac G6. I diagnosed & verified a faulty TCM with the Genysis, but had to use the Tech-2 to program the new TCM.
