I've been using my Mastertech 3100 and the CD disc to program older Toyota PCM's. Then I did a later model (2008) using the CardaqM and Techstream Toyota's web based repair site. Now my 3100 doesn't seem to work right any more for programming, other functions ... Login to read more.
