Using IDS 77A.03A it connected to a 1999 Mazda 626 with no issues. It ID'd the vehicle as PATS equipped but I didn't see the usual security sub-menu that would allow key programming. Alldata doesn't list anything regarding key programming so maybe it's normal ... Login to read more.
