The SKIM anti-theft is shutting the engine down because the VIN is not programmed in the PCM. Have the PCM shipped back and program the VIN. Of course if the SKIM module had been disconnected when the rebuilt PCM was installed it would be SKIM free now. There ... Login to read more.
