Whoa, I get a sense of road apples here. When we worked together in '86 my policy was to wash'em. Not only to get nasty oil and grease off prior to machining and keeping the lathe clean, but to get the tiny metal chips off the surface after machining. Also, ou... Login to read more. ![]()
