Many moons ago I bought a test probe set off the Matco truck. In it was a pair of those, but not with the adjustable tip. It worked a total of 6 times, then the piercing tip dulled out. I'm suspecting these also have a mild steel tip. If I ever need to pierce ... Login to read more.
