I havent seen any tool truck in over 10 [...] pass by almost every day but never stop in. I like the Kobalt brand sold at Lowes and my last set of swivel socket wrenches were bought at Harbour freight so far no problem and about 1/4 the price from the tool tru... Login to read more.
