I saw this tool advertised on CraigsList in Michigan too. At the time ( a few weeks ago(?) I researched it and it was concurrently for sale on CL in GA and FL. I think it's a scam. A $1000 Modis is not unheard of, but the set he's selling is way too cheap ... Login to read more.
