Re: When a slide hammer refuses to pull out a wheel bearing
I have never failed to get them using a thin cold chisel in the crack between the hub & knuckle. Once it starts, lay the penetrating oil to it and pry it out. Don't forget to file down the new high points made with the chisel. Login to read more. ![]()
