Steve, Good point. Besides tooling, training, and good techs, I'm trying to figure out exactly what else I can do to build image. Also, my goal in the shop is to eventually have all 3 of the techs be proficient in VW/AUDI repairs, at least 1 guy with diag/prog... Login to read more.
