The 5.4 Triton engine came out in the trucks in 1997, based on the 4.6 Winsor and Romeo engines that came out in '92. The plugs are deep in the heads, but use the standard 14mm long-reach compression adapter. Or are you talking about the three-valve engine? Login to read more.
