Havent used the OTC tool, but I do have a Bartec 400. This tool is amazing, it pretty much does everything( I havent had a vehicle that it did not work on). Tech support is great. You cant go wrong buying this tool. OTC electronic equipment is junk IMHO. Login to read more.
