I sympathize with your trouble with OTC. I'm still waiting for my "Free" Pathfinder 97 cartridge that I sent my old monitor 2000 in for.

Apparently OTC is having a shipping delay with the "Free" cartridges but they didn't seem to have a problem ship... Login to read more.
