I have a V8 5.3L 2008 with P0641 dtc (no 5V ref.) Engine cranks but only starts intermitently, scanner interface is sometimes not possible. I have verified all power and ground to the ECM to be ok. I am at the point where I believe the ECM needs to be replaced... Login to read more.
