Hello Mike. The JAVA launch box comes up when I try to run the applications on TIS 2 WEB. I even tried removing all versions of JAVA from the pc. Then when the TIS 2 WEB interface is first lauched, it prompts you to load the proper version of JAVA, which I did... Login to read more.
