Have IDS FMP version 65.14. Yesterday and today attempted a module reprogramming and get the same error, "FEPS" shorted to ground. Yesterday we ohm checked PIN13 of DLC to PCM and found it not shorted to ground. With PCM connector plugged in we get 37.5K ohms.... Login to read more.
