If I had to guess without being there, I would say the wrong 9-3 was selected. A 9-3 sedan is a 9440 and a 9-3 convertible is a 9400. Both are 9-3's and one will communicate, one will not. The 9-3 sedan is a CAN car, the convert isnt. Just simply try... Login to read more.
