Re: brake shoes oil soaked & rear brake lock
It's called "viscuous friction" It's the same property that allows transmission friction discs to "grab" even though they are soaked in slippery fluid. I'm not able to get more scientific than that, but I'm sure it can be found on-line. Login to read more. ![]()
