Oil soaked pads have a lower COF. So it takes more pressure to get them to "grab". But, when thay do take hold... They tend to lock instead of gradually stopping. You can regulate the friction on a dry pad with force. On a soaked pad you pretty much get the ch... Login to read more. ![]()
