Where do the chemical companies and the auto parts stores get the instructors for the training classes they offer from time to time about engine diagnosis and such topics. I have been working at foreign and domestic dealerships for over 22 years now and would like getting into a training position either part time or full time if it could be more regular pay than the current flat rate. I have applied for factory training positions and they have suggested I get experience first with teaching at community colleges auto programs the other chemical companies and parts stores, but I have not found any job opportunities.
