I did a stint in a Wal-Mart TLE 4 yrs ago(thanks to Dave Ramsey) We had to do a 3QC on every wheel that came off, it had to tightened with a torque stick then put on the ground and hand torqued then a another employee had to be called over(or manger) they had... Login to read more.
