ayup, like today I pull an RO, 2011 Silverado, engine locked up, go to look at it, the entire right side was deeply keyed and hit vandalized. Even dented the panels, and scratched the cap, real deep scratches. The owner pissed someone off, ok. I look underneat... Login to read more.
