Re: MAP's use on OBD2
Again it depends. If it doesn't have a MAF it definitely
uses the MAP for timing control. On MAF systems the timing
generally relies on MAF control unless it goes into a fail
safe mode (P0101 present) and then it may use the MAP for
timing control. ![]()
