Jim: IMHO both theroy and hands on skill development are critical to education. Theroy without hands on is usless and hands on with out theroy is guess work. The program I tesch in has 1-2 hours a day theroy and 3-4 hours a day hands-on. That ratio seems good ... Login to read more.
