I did install the hot fix Q327269 post SP3 fix, but it did not help. I did get to talk with a tech at DELL she gave me another hot fix #Q324039 includes 21 components to hopefully fix this problem with the USB. I tried to download from Microsoft but it is not ... Login to read more.
