Re: Shop computer has encritpion symbols on important command pages
Sounds like you have a classic case of corrupted fonts. On
win95/98/98SE/ME, it's not that uncommon. It's usually
caused by a memory leak or even hardware problems.
Rebooting will usually cure the issue.
