Hi Tim,

As Thomas stated the difference would be for music devices. If you were planning on purchasing a Sony MP3 player you might want to get the Magic-Gate stick. If not, just get the regular memory stick. I bought a SanDisk 128mb and have had no problems ... Login to read more.
