Need help on Win 3.1 Video settings

Hi Guys, I had an old 133 mhz 5x86 board and cpu and a friend that had an old tower with a 33 mhz 486. I took his PC home and installed the board, a higer quality I/O card, and a 1 meg VLB Video card.

I installed all the video drivers for this thing.
