Thanks for the ideas-the DMA setting had no effect-I do have 128 of RAM,a clean case,nothing but system monitor and explorer running-I closed everything else W/ctl/alt/[...] I try to close Explorer it just asks if I want to shut the machine down.A restart alwa... Login to read more.
