I have the above motherboard in my wifes computer. It currently has a P2 300 CPU, and I have a P2 400 CPU collecting dust. I have looked through Abit's web site. It appears that the bios updates will accept the Celeron into the 400mhz zone, but not the P2 400.... Login to read more.
