I am No Bill Gates, or Leo Laporte, but I have found out when you go into Safe Mode, several drivers and devices are NOT loaded suchas the Sound Card, the Modem, etc.. Probably for some unknown reason Windows decided to share a resouce with something else and ... Login to read more.
