I think you should spend the same (or) less money on A FIC
503+ motherboard ( $78) and an AMD 550mhz (+-$50). 550mhz
100mhz fsb 72 or 168 pin memory AGP PCI ISA AT or ATX on
same board and will fit in your ATX case!!!
